October 6 & 7, 2012 – Texarkana, AR -CROSS-POINT Show with the Louisiana State ApHC Club – two judges (this is associated with a State Fair, therefore, counts as FOUR judges) – held at Four States Fair Grounds
November 17, 2012 - West Monroe, LA – CROSS-POINT Show with the Louisiana State ApHC Club – two judges (held at Ike Hamilton Center)

IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION:

All horses entering show grounds must present an Original Negative Coggins Test dated within one year of the show date in order to enter the show grounds.  Out-of-state horses must present a Health Certificate dated within 30 days of the horse show or an Equine Health Passport.

You must present original or copy of horse(s) registration papers (front and back) and your 2012 National ApHC membership card at the Show Desk.

All exhibitors and at least one horse owner listed on horse’s registration papers MUST be a current (2012) member of the Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc., Moscow, Idaho, and MUST present current (2012) membership card or copy of current (2012) membership card at the show desk OR must purchase membership at the show desk prior to showing.  This is a national ApHC rule.

Arkansas Year-End High Point Awards:

You must be a 2012 member of the Arkansas Appaloosa Horse Club if you wish to earn points for Arkansas Appaloosa Horse Club 2012 year-end awards.  Please note:  POINTS DO NOT COUNT UNTIL YOU BECOME A MEMBER.  If you want to earn year-end points, be sure to join the club before showing! Points for ARKANSAS year-end awards are counted as follows:  1^st = 5 points; 2^nd = 4 points;  3^rd = 3 points; 4^th = 2 points; and 5^th = 1 point.  Grand Champions and Overall High Point division winners receive 2 bonus points per show.  Reserve Champions and Reserve Overall High Point division winners receive 1 bonus point per show.  (For information regarding NATIONAL points earned through the ApHC Inc., Moscow, ID, please refer to the National ApHC current year rulebook.)

Show management reserves the right to cancel or combine classes that do not fill.  Classes that may be combined will be complementary (i.e. Junior and Senior combined as Open).  Show desk must be informed of desire for combining classes at least two classes prior to the combined classes being run.
